Dear participants! As Latvian Championship is an open rally-raid, any foreign sportsman can participate if he has a permission of his Automobile Federation (in that case - RAF) that allows to take part in any international competition. Some Russian sportsmen are going to Latvia and even now on "Northern Forest" they'll have chance to win points for the standing of Latvian Championship. For this case it is necessary to show the RAF's permission and indicate that a crew will take part in the standing of Latvian Championship (however, for further participation in Latvian races one must buy a one-use race license of LAF), the first fee on the Baja "Northern Forest" will not increase.
