General requirements

Please pay attention that the schedule of 26.02 is tight.

The obligatory briefing for the participants will be held in the hotel Pribaltiskaya at 17-00, then it goes the line formation of sport cars at Lenexpo beginning from 18-30. The file starts moving at 19:00 escorted by road police cars. Please note that it will take much more time if you go individually. The cars' formation in the pre-start area is held by marshals' instructions.  The opening ceremony is at 20:00. We kindly ask you to consider the time and plan your moving.

Instructions to pass the administrative checks

1. A crew should come in its minute at TS V1 and get the TIME CARD. Crews of the international classification, of the Russian Championship and the RAF Cup can know the exact time of passing the AC in "Participants/Documents" and looking at the notice board of the exhibition complex Lenexpo on February,26.
2. Having got the Time Card a crew should come to desk №1 to confirm the registration fee and the rental payment for navigation system LARK-1.
3. Then a crew goes to any desk №2 to check the documents.
4. Having checked the documents a crew comes up to desk №3 to get LARK-1 (navigation system) and Sentinal (a safety device) if the crew hasn't got them before (according to the Supplementary Regulations it is possible to get the devices in advance, from 8:00 by confirming the payment or just pay on the premises).
5. Having the devices a crew come up to desk №4 to get their stickers with start number, the rally plate etc. Two members of the crew must come up to desk №4 as the identification's bracelets must be on both.

At desks №1,2,3,4, a crew gives the TIME CARD to be marked.

Having got the mark at V2, desk №4, a crew must arrive at the scrutineering not later than in one hour.

Instructions to pass the scrutineering.

Participants must present at the scrutineering:

1. The car completely ready to start (on road tyres) as well as to lead packs (there are drilled out holes and access to them) and to be weighed.
2. The filled in form of scrutineering (possible to download from the web-site or get at the AC).
3. The valid sport vehicle technical passport.
4. The form of homologation (for "Production" category)
5. The roll cage certificate (it must be in accordance with the Article 283.8, Appendix "J" of the FIA Sporting Code and appendix 14 of the Russian technical regulations)
6.  The fuel tank certificate
7. All drivers' outfit (helmets, overalls, fire-resistant underwear, balaclava, gloves, footwear).
