The Baja "Russia - Northern Forest" starts to accept first entry applications. Traditionally, the first crews to confirm their participation were the members of the "Nart-Time" team: Alexander Mironenko, Yaroslav Solovjev and Konstantin Zhil'tsov are currently conquering deserts and mountains at the South-Americal "Dakar" marathon, but before their departure to the legendary race they sent entry forms to take part in the favourite round of the Russian rally-raid championship. Prize-winner of the Baja in 2008 Andrey Dmitriev is also planning his return to the series.  And, of course, entry application was also received from the "Nart-Time" team leader, the organiser of "Northern Forest" and the reigning Russian champion Ruslan Misikov.

Double FIA International Cup for Cross-Country Bajas winner Boris Gadasin sent his entry in advance as well, thus confirming his decision to defend his title in the upcoming season.

But of course all cross-country attention is now concentrated around the "Dakar 2010" marathon held in Argentina and Chile, so the main flow of entries to the Russian Baja is expected after the finish of "Dakar".
