As the scrutineering will be held outdoors, it will be possible to receive your race numbers and other plates in the HQ on the preceding day, February 25th, starting from 5 p.m. (17:00), so that you can put them on your car in advance.
Race numbers and other plates will be given out provided that you have no payment debts, and that the HQ has copies of the following documents of yours:

• Valid FIA/RAF competition driver license (for each driver)
• Valid FIA/RAF competition participant license (entrant)
• ASN permission for the competitors who have licenses issued by ASN other than the RAF
• Driving license (for each driver)
• Registration documents for the vehicle
• Documents confirming ownership or possession of the vehicle
• Vehicle insurance document
• FIA/RAF technical passport for the vehicle
• Homologation card (Group T2)
• Medical admission to compete - for the residents of Russia.
