During the final scrutineering on cars of two crews - start numbers 2 and 8 - their air restrictors were found nonconforming with the FIA
technical requirements. By the Stewards' decision the result of crew #8 (A.Zheludov/A.Rudnitskiy) which finished 2nd
overall was excluded from the final classification.

The driver of crew #2 Krzystof Holowczyc used the right provided to him by the FIA Priority status: the air restrictor from his car was
sealed and sent to the FIA office in Geneve for examination and making final decision on whether to approve or overturn the result which he
showed on the Baja Russia - Northern Forest 2010. Holowczyc finished the race in 1st position overall.

The FIA decision will be known within a week.
